Using the pilot

Trades for Hire introduces customers to independent tradespeople. Customers can post genuine jobs for free. Tradespeople can join the free pilot, subject to profile approval and any checks required for the work category. Use the service only if you are at least 18 and authorised to arrange or carry out the work.

Your agreement for the work

The customer and tradesperson agree the scope, price, timing and payment arrangements directly. The platform is not the contractor and does not hold payments for building work. Read the quote, exclusions and price type before accepting. Agree extra work and price changes in writing.

Fees

Introduction fees are £0 during the pilot. No payment card or live charge is required. Future pricing will be shown before any chargeable action and requires a separate launch of paid services.

Profiles, checks and reviews

Provide accurate information, use photographs you have permission to share, and keep qualifications current. Check labels describe specific evidence reviewed; they do not guarantee the quality of future work. Reviews must reflect a real completed job. The owner can moderate abusive, misleading or unrelated content and suspend accounts where necessary.

Changes, cancellations and problems

Discuss cancellations and any costs for work already done with the other party. Closing a conversation cannot recall contact details already received. Use the report function for problems, including invalid leads and disputes. Do not use this marketplace as an emergency response service.

Availability and your rights

Reply times, quote numbers and job awards are not guaranteed. This early pilot may change as it is tested. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact info@premierreinstatements.com with questions.
